Rufai Shittu leads the Firm with over nine (9) years post-call experience, providing strategic legal advisory, regulatory, and transactional support across diverse sectors. His practice covers Corporate and Commercial Law, Regulatory Compliance, Islamic Law, Tax Law, Islamic Finance, Islamic Estate Planning, ICT Law, Data Privacy, Medical Law, Agricultural Law, Property Law, and Family Law.

He holds multiple professional certifications including PCIBF, Professional Diploma in Waqf and Zakat Management, ICMAP CERT, and Certificate in Islamic Estate Planning and Wealth Management. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Islamic Law.

With over 13 years post-call experience, Muhammad Bashir Yusuf is distinguished for his robust practice in civil and criminal litigation, family law, corporate law, and property law. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Public Law and is currently pursuing a PhD in Law.

He has built a reputation as a hands-on litigator, actively representing clients in a wide range of disputes before superior courts of record. His practice spans general civil and criminal litigation, property-related transactions and disputes, and family law matters.

Kabiru Ibrahim Abdulkadir

A seasoned legal practitioner with over twelve (12) years post-call experience, Kabiru Ibrahim Abdulkadir brings strategic depth to the Firm's advisory, compliance, and dispute resolution engagements. He specialises in Islamic Law, Tax Law, ICT Law, Corporate Law, and Property Law.

He holds a Master's degree in ICT Law and has a strong professional interest in ICT Law, Taxation, and Litigation. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and a professional affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Aminu Ado Sheriff

Aminu Ado Sheriff is a legal practitioner with nine (9) years post-call experience and a strong practice focus on Islamic Law, Family Law, Islamic Finance, Corporate Law, and Property Law. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Islamic Law and is currently running a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme in Islamic Law.

He has particular strength in family law-related matters under Islamic jurisprudence, including marriage, divorce, custody, inheritance, and Islamic estate administration. He regularly advises and represents clients in Shariah-compliant family disputes and provides legal guidance on Islamic finance transactions.

Ibrahim Garba Muhammad

Ibrahim Garba Muhammad is a Partner of the Firm with over nine (9) years post-call experience in active legal practice, with a strong focus on litigation and dispute resolution. He is particularly known for his expertise in election petitions, constitutional matters, and technology-related disputes, where law, governance, and innovation intersect.

He holds an LL.B and B.L qualification and is currently undergoing advanced training in Information and Communication Technology Law. His litigation portfolio spans complex and high-stakes matters requiring strategic advocacy and procedural precision.

Beyond legal practice, Ibrahim serves as the Deputy National Secretary of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), a role that deepens his exposure to electoral processes, public law dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.

Abdullahi O. Lawal is a Senior Associate of the Firm with over five (5) years post-call experience in active legal practice. His practice is primarily focused on Banking and Finance Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Litigation.

He has represented and worked on matters involving leading financial institutions, including UBA, Keystone Bank Plc, and Alternative Bank, appearing before superior courts of record and supporting high-value commercial matters with diligence and technical precision.

Abdullahi is proficient in both contentious and non-contentious practice and possesses strong competence in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute management. He maintains a keen interest in Information Technology and Cybercrime Law as well as Intellectual Property Law.
